AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND i1099.com
The i1099.com web site is comprised of various web pages operated by
Chatsworth CPA Inc.
The i1099.com web site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance
without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein
and of the privacy policy posted on the i1099.com web site. Your use of the
i1099.com web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions,
and notices.
This notice serves to confirm our understanding of the terms of our agreement
and to outline the nature and extent of services i1099.com will provide. Based
upon the information you furnish to us; we will prepare your federal
and applicable state income tax returns or perform other requested
services. We will not audit or verify the data you submit to us, although we
may ask you for clarification when necessary. All the information you submit to
us will, to the best of your knowledge, be correct and complete and include all
other information necessary for the completion of your tax return. We will also
prepare estimated tax vouchers if required, based on your income taxes from
a previous year. If you anticipate a substantial change in income taxes for the
following year, please advise us as soon as possible. We will then determine
whether an adjustment should be made to your tax estimates. Your returns
are subject to review by the taxing authorities. Any items that may be resolved
against you by the examining agent are subject to certain rights of appeal. In
the event of an examination, we will be available upon request to represent
you, or to review the results of any examination. Billing for these additional
services will be at our standard rates. The charges for our services are based
on our fee schedule and the complexity of the returns. You have the final
responsibility for your income tax returns. Please review them carefully before
you sign and mail or authorize us to electronically file them.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

laws of the State of California, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction and venue of courts in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. in all
disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the i1099.com web site. Use of
the i1099.com web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give
effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without
limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership,
employment, or agency relationship exists between you and i1099.com com

performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process,
and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of i1099.com 's right
to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or

provided to or gathered by i1099.com with respect to such use. If any part of
this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to
applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and
liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision
will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely
matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the
agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this

contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or
